Cherie Zen Medallion Quilt

Happy Monday!

I’m in between client quilts at the moment, so I decided to spend the day working on a quilt of my own — and to my surprise finished this one in a matter of hours — I can’t remember the last time I finished a quilt this quickly.

And I think it turned out fine. Certainly the quilting is a lot less dense than I would normally quilt something, but it was nice to finish a quilt in only one day!

I’ve got two client quilts finished that aren’t photographed yet, but I’m hoping the weather holds out tomorrow and maybe, just maybe, I’ll be able to get them photographed.

Until then,

Later days!
Kathleen.

  1. Beautiful.    With a quilt like that how do you mark it, so that as you are moving it through the process you don’t forget what you did at the beginning to ensure the end is the same.    (I have an 18 inch space to work in and that’s why I am asking.   I love your work.   You really inspire me.    Kathleen V
