Kathleen Quilts LIVE & International Teaching

I'm excited to be offering another Kathleen Quilts LIVE! Class. We took a bit of a hiatus over the summer as I tried to sell my house.... and the house isn't sold, but we're doing this anyway :D kathleen-quilts-live

I'm super excited to be offering a brand new class, "Combining Designs in Modern Ways" as the next KQ LIVE! Class. Class will be Saturday January 13, 2018 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM Mountain Daylight Savings Time.

Knowing some basic designs is one thing, but knowing how to combine them in interesting ways can open a whole new world of quilting - without having to learn new designs! Join me as I walk you through some of my favourite ways to combine designs, helping you create stunning quilts.

This will be a lecture/demo style class. Unlike previous Kathleen Quilts LIVE! classes, no time will be provided to practice designs during class. A handout will be provided prior to class. Demo's will be drawn on whiteboard/ flip board paper, and demonstrated on a Long arm quilting machine.  I will also provide tips for using the things we learn on a domestic or sit down sewing machine rather than the long arm.

You will be able to ask questions via the chat room during class, and have access to the recording after the class is finished.

I'll be teaching at AMQF again next year! I'm super excited to be going back as I had the most fun last year. So if you're in Australia, or fancy a vacation to Australia, watch for their class list to come out, because I've got my best-ever class list there!

I'm also teaching at Quilt Canada in Vancouver in June 2018, and in Norway the week after! It's going to be an exciting 2018.

Want me to come teach at your group/guild/event? Send me an email!

Anyways, thanks for sticking with all the business related stuff this week... back to quilting!

Later days, Kathleen.
