Been A While

So it's been a while. though to be fair its been a while since I've touched my sewing machine. Rocky's mom died between Christmas and New Years and everything has been crazy since then. I'm hoping to get some work done on a quilt this weekend-- I'm making a baby quilt for a friend's boyfriend's friend.... kind of a long story. But I'll post pictures, promise. So to tide over all of my loyal readers (ha ha)... this picture...

Before I went to quilt retreat last spring I had all of my projects cut out, but nothing to put them in, so i wrapped them up in binding fabrics. I thought that it was pretty clever.
