Scrappy Trip Along
I spent the evening working on my Not-So-Scrappy Trip Around The World. Which I am particularly happy with. It is turning out pretty spectacularly. I am trying my best to resist the urge to stay up all night working on it. As it is, tonight is the first Thursday that I haven't had to work in the evening, and I definitely made the most out of it.
I love these fabrics so much. More than I was expecting to really. But the more I work with them, the more I love them! They are Luxe In Bloom by Sarah Watson for Art Gallery Fabrics. Art Gallery is my FAVOURITE! All that I want to sew with is Art Gallery. Forever. I am so glad that QFTH is carrying them now. Because I never want to sew with anything else. Ever again. I have a bunch of clothes that I want to sew with them too. First though this quilt.
One thing at a time. This is what I am telling myself. Even if it isn't working. I have 2 on the go at the moment, plus some on the back burner... to be fair, I have a home project and a work project. But even so...
Anyways, since I have resisted staying up all night to keep sewing, I had better head to bed...
